Class Preparation



  • Avoid eating three (3) hours prior to class.
  • Dress in comfortable clothing, Barefoot is best.
  • Bring a mat, blocks, and yoga blankets to class. (Limited props are available)
  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to class. Arriving late is strongly discouraged.

Ann has been studying yoga for the past 25 years, and has been teaching yoga for the past 7 years after receiving her certification as a Kripalu Instructor. She is a trained dancer/choreographer, having opened her own dance studio The Dance Connection in 1982. Ann combines her love of dance, movement, and yoga to present a class that is focused upon awakening the inner spirit

through breath and asana.
